What is HotelBuddy?
At Tartu Hotell, we use the HotelBuddy digital self-service platform to make your stay even more convenient and modern.
Check in and out, unlock your hotel room, order extras, chat with our staff and pay for services directly on your phone—with no queue and no separate app to download.
We leave routine tasks to technology so that we can focus on what truly matters—you.
How do I get started?
You do not need to download an app to use HotelBuddy; all features are available in your web browser.
We will send you a personal access link a few days before your booking.
If you have not received the link, please contact reception at +372 731 4300 or sales@tartuhotell.ee.
What can you do with HotelBuddy?
Check-in
Check in before you arrive, on your computer or phone. Complete the registration card, choose extras and arrive without queuing.
Unlock the door
After successful check-in, a mobile key will appear on your arrival day. Use it to unlock your room or the hotel’s rear entrance. You can, of course, also request a physical key card from reception.
Chat with staff
Have a question or request? Message or call us directly through HotelBuddy, and our staff will respond around the clock.
Order extras
Order extra services or amenities directly from your phone, at any time and without visiting reception.
Hotel information
All hotel information—opening hours, Wi-Fi, services and useful tips—is available directly in HotelBuddy.
Check-out
Review your bill, pay for extras and check out quickly on your phone. Any queue at reception will not slow you down.
