The Tartu Hotell conference centre offers modern spaces for conferences, seminars, receptions and celebrations. The Harmony and Melody halls can be combined into the larger Prelude hall, which accommodates up to 130 people in theatre style.
The rooms have large windows with adjustable curtains, a modern ventilation system, quiet air conditioning and adjustable lighting. Sound amplification and presentation equipment are included in the hire price.
The centre has a separate room for coffee breaks, while Café “Tartu” takes care of lunch and dinner.
Harmony
Hourly rate €80 / Daily rate €250
The cosy Harmony conference hall with a city view accommodates up to 75 people in theatre style and up to 50 in classroom style.
Melody
Hourly rate €90 / daily rate €290
The bright Melody conference hall with a river view accommodates up to 90 people in theatre style and up to 60 in classroom style.
Prelude
Hourly rate €150 / daily rate €520
Combining Harmony and Melody creates the spacious Prelude hall, accommodating up to 130 people in theatre style.
